Edge Academy Of Health Sciences

Edgecombe County Public Schools in collaboration with Edgecombe Community College opened the EDGE Academy of Health Sciences in the fall of 2023.  The EDGE Academy of Health Sciences combines academics and health science related fields to provide students opportunities to acquire credentials and certifications in pursuit of an Associate in Applied Science degree from Edgecombe Community College. 

All 8th  grade students in the Edgecombe County Public School service area are eligible to apply for enrollment with priority being given to the target populations to be served.  EDGE Academy of Health Sciences consists of a diverse student population representative of the racial, economic, and geographic demographics of the ECPS system.

EDGE Academy of Health Sciences Campus will be housed on the Edgecombe Community College Rocky Mount Campus.
